Brand evolution and packaging redesign for Woodford Reserve by Studio MPLS.
In 2014, the creative team of Studio MPLS was comissioned by Woodford Reserve to evolve their existing visual identity and redesign the packaging for their perfectly balanced range of whiskeys. Known since 1996, Woodford Reserve is one of the world’s fastest-growing bourbon brands. By creating a refined logotype as well as restrained iconography and illustrations, Studio MPLS has reinforce their position as a global industry leader. Along with a newly defined color palette, the redesigned packaging system features a new bottle structure, closure, and labeling treatments. Studio MPLS’ sophisticated identity evolution and packaging redesign perfectly reflects the brand’s values and high quality standards.
