The furniture and interior design collaboration Splinter Works created the stunning Vessel bathtub. The designers wanted to produce something that provides ultimate relaxation. Therefore, it’s not be overlooked that the shape of the tub is significantly inspired by a hammock. Vessel offers the relaxing experience of reclining in a hammock combined with the comfort of a hot bath. Just like a hammock, the Vessel tub hangs freely in the bathroom. The bathtub is fixed with stainless steel brackets to the walls. Vessel’s stylish design looks like a modern sculpture in the room. This is definitely an outstanding piece of modern interior design.
