Corporate identity design by RoAndCo for Creative Space.
Studio RoAndCo is a multi-disciplinary design studio founded in 2006. They developed a unique corporate identity for Creative Space, a Los Angeles based brokerage firm. The brand is dedicated to connect creative companies with unconventional spaces and business solutions.
The creative people at RoAndCo studio tried a completely new approach. They pushed common design boundaries to disrupt the real estate market. The result is a corporate identity aimed at distinguishing the company from traditional real estate brokers. They used a striking yellow color along with cut-out letterforms for the logotype to explore the idea of an open space soon to be filled. Their work included the creation of the entire identity concept as well as different branding materials such as stationery, printed collateral, and promotional items.
