A reduced yet highly appealing visual experience designed by Koyuki Inagaki for The Tokyo Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Tokyo Restaurant is a Japanese restaurant and bar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They offer culinary delights of mixed genres with a delicate Japanese twist. Koyuki Inagaki, a Tokyo, Japan based graphic designer was part of a team working on a new brand experience for the restaurant. Based on the concept of “marriage of authenticity and lightheartedness”, a classic yet clean typography has been chosen in order to create an authentic atmosphere. The abstracted monogram adds a contemporary look to the design. Below you can find a few images of Koyuki Inagaki’s graphic work. The team of Hirsch Bedner Associates was responsible for the inter design concept. Art direction was done by Shun Kawakami and Artless Inc. All product images were shot by Yuu Kawakami.
