London-based studio The Luminor Sign Co. was tasked with bringing an old cab to life with a custom paint job that was drawn up and painted by hand.

In the wake of the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak, the owners of The Prince Arthur decided to keep spirits up by delivering alcoholic drinks to local residents in London’s East End. To do so, they decided a classic ‘Sherbert Dab’ (Cockney Rhyming Slang for a black cab) would be the perfect vehicle for the job.

Luminor Sign Co., a London based studio specializing in hand-lettered design and signwriting was commissioned with bringing the taxi to life with custom paintings drawn up and painted by hand. Below you can watch the video or see some images of their work. For more, feel free to follow the studio on Behance or Instagram.
