Ozan Karakoc is a Los Angeles, CA-based graphic designer specializing in branding and visual communication projects. In 2017, he was commissioned to work on a unique brand experience for Medutopia, a medical education company. With high-quality courses and inspiring methods, they aim to make educators better at what they do. The name ‘Medutopia’ combines the words ‘medical’ and ‘utopia’ in order to represent the ideal way of medical education. The client asked for a visual language that underlines the ‘Utopia’ concept while offering a fun aspect, which is an integral part of their courses. By combining a vivid range of colors with simple graphic shapes and custom typography, Ozan Karakoc and his team developed a lively brand concept.
