Consisting of three pieces, the agency partnership of Surgery & Redcow was commissioned to work on the 2017 edition of the annual Knight Frank report collection. As the years ago, the collection is characterized by a clean, uniform layout along with lots of well designed infographics and images. The Active Capital Report
This is Knight Frank’s major report. Using accurate data and analysis, it explores and examines the complex world of real estate across a global market. Furthermore, it features emerging trends. For this piece, Surgery & Redcow developed an ambiguous cityscape, which represents several markets and popular locations.
The M25 Report
The M25 Report provides an in-depth look of the South East. It examines both location and the changing needs of the office market. The design is based on an already established style. Surgery & Redcow’s creative team was asked to illustrate numerous key areas of the South East market and highlight the most significant changes within the industry.
The Birmingham Report
This piece conveys a very colorful and bold look into Birmingham’s property market. On several pages, it covers all the latest commercial and residential trends. The Birmingham Report was the first in a series where they decided to use a simple illustration style to represent the focused area.
