Studio RoAndCo is a multi-disciplinary design studio founded in 2006. They developed a unique corporate identity for Creative Space, a Los Angeles based brokerage firm. The brand is dedicated to connect creative companies with unconventional spaces and business solutions.

The creative people at RoAndCo studio tried a completely new approach. They pushed common design boundaries to disrupt the real estate market. The result is a corporate identity aimed at distinguishing the company from traditional real estate brokers. They used a striking yellow color along with cut-out letterforms for the logotype to explore the idea of ​​an open space soon to be filled. Their work included the creation of the entire identity concept as well as different branding materials such as stationery, printed collateral, and promotional items.
