Do not worry, the article does not deal with animal testing. In this case, The Animals Lab is a Portuguese art and design laboratory. It was founded by Tiago Rodrigues also known as Lynx Tungur. The creative “laboratory” serves as a playground for the most varied experiments with form and color as well as different types of media. Tiago Rodrigues attended courses in graphic design and industrial design at IADE – Creative University – Lisboa. He is dedicated to the whole world of creativity including photography, video and animation, music, painting and drawing. Tiago Rodrigues has carried out several artistic projects in different creative areas. His work has been shown in several solo and group exhibitions. The creative mind loves to mix the physical with the digital world. His work seems to overcome natural boundaries between different types of media. The mainly abstract artworks provide a vivid impression, which is caused by the interplay of various shapes and colors. Rodrigues’s joy of experimentation can be seen in the diversity of artworks. Some are based on graphics and patterns, while others act completely detached from any rules and constraints.
