Art direction, branding, and packaging design for Mignon confectionery.
I recently published an identity project by graphic designer Benoit Galangau for advertising agency Brown Fox. This is another stunning identity project by Benoit Galangau that I have to show you.
Mignon is an old, traditional confectionery business at the intersection of Canebière and the old port in Marseille, France. It started in the year of 1890 as a small family business and grew over the years to an institution with multiple stores under the name “Berlingots Mignon”.
French designer Benoit Galangau conceived a new visual identity concept, which brings the confectionery brand into the 21st century. His branding concept is a skillful mix of traditional influences and contemporary design trends. It’s a sophisticated symbiosis of traditional typography, pattern decorations, natural materials, and modern graphic design. His work included the entire art direction, branding, and packaging design.
