Located in front of the Sotogrande golf course, this modern home by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos has a large cantilever that offers protection from the intense sun of Cádiz as well as the abundant rains of the area of the Sierra de Grazalema. Deep inside the house is a wooden body that provides privacy and warmth to the main living area. Please read more below the following image.
The architectural concept allows the space to open up directly to the landscape without unnecessary interruptions. From the natural stone floor to the wooden ceiling, all materials of the house are based on a uniform color scheme. The main goal of the architecture was to affect the environment as little as possible while offering a high level of living quality at the same time.
