“The phrase has been in use since World War I, originally by sailors in the American Navy. Stewards increased their purchases of coffee, as this was the strongest drink allowed among other beverages. A cup of coffee became known as a Cup of Joe.” Alexandre Pietra, a Swiss graphic designer has created this minimalist brand identity for a Qatar-based coffee shop.
