Multidisciplinary agency NECON has created the visual identity and brand collateral including all printed matters for Sanrun Mining Co. The Chongqing, China based company operates in the fields of Manganese mining and refinement facility.
The municipality of Chongqing is located in China’s southwest. The region is known for its highly developed industry and the Three Gorges Dam.
NECON was commissioned to design a visual identity that reflects the industry’s profile in a modern expression. They developed individual logos for the three business areas of: Industry, Mining, and Investment. The colorful organic shapes relate to both the distinctive shape of an opencast mine and the manganese color spectrum visible in a splitted ore block.
