Slash is an independent Dubai, United Arab Emirates based brand design and architecture studio. Their experienced team was approached to develop a unique restaurant experience
including brand identity, interior design, furniture and space planning for Urban Bistro, a contemporary restaurant that brings a new urban food experience to Jeddah, the major urban center of western Saudi Arabia. Urban Bistro offers quick and fresh ready-made meals.
The restaurant’s interior design concept is characterized by a selection of lightings, modern decor and custom designed furnishings. The use of aged wood, concrete, steel as well as high-end materials such as white marble and classic ceramic tiles results in a stylish urban chic.
The vsual identity reflects the restaurant’s qualities. The complete design is based on minimalist typography, which enables a flexible adaptation across the diverse range of branding materials such as packaging, signage, and printed collateral.
