British type designer Elena Genova of foundry My Creative Land is well known for lovely handwriting typefaces. The Catfish font family is another beautiful script typeface by Elena Genova, which has been released in July 2015. It’s a vintage inspired monoline script with a geometric touch. It can be used for classic signage as well as branding projects, logotypes, posters, t-shirt designs, book covers, invitations, and much more.
The family consists of 4 weights and 2 styles. Catfish Press is a textured version with a little more worn look and feel. The typeface comes with diverse OpnType features such as Ligatures, Swashes, Underlines, Contextual and Stylistic Alternates, Oldstyle Figures, Fractions, and Ordinals. The Underline feature has been tested in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Word.
