A colorful series of posters about Zaha Hadid buildings.
Anastasia Bakusheva is a Saint Petersburg, Russia based graphic designer and illustrator. As a tribute to the legendary architect, Zaha Hadid, who passed away in 2016, Anastasia Bakusheva has created a poster series featuring 7 buildings designed by Zaha Hadid. The poster series celebrates Zaha Hadid’s distinctive style of deconstructionism. Using a colorful minimalist style of simple graphic shapes, Anastasia Bakusheva has transformed the unique expression of each building into a simple illustration. The series includes the following buildings: Heydar Aliyev Center, Phaeno Science Center, Maxxi Museum, BMW Central Building, Maggie’s Centre at Victoria Hospital, Vitra Station, and the London Aquatics Centre.
