Viso surveying company – graphic design and brand development by Carlos Bauer.
Viso is a surveying company from Brazil. Knowing the way to guide the brand expressions, Carlos Bauer, a Curitiba, Brazil based graphic designer has created a unique corporate identity. The name Viso means to look or to aim for, combining the gesture of the surveyor when using the equipment with the wide vision that only experience can provide. The visual identity is based on the behavior of the symbolism of a stamp with the initial ‘V’ pointing to the secondary element. It acts like a compass indicating the correct direction. The sober color palette has orange as a highlight in contrast to the rural environment where field service is performed. Differentiation and credibility are the main strengths associated with the new design. The project has been selected for the 12nd Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial, 2017. Check out the images below.
