H Code, a community-friendly building in the context of urban renewal.
Completed in 2018 by the architects of CL3, H Code is an architecture project in the form of a community-friendly building in the context of urban renewal. It is located near the top of Pottinger Street directly in the heart of Soho—the entertainment and art district of Hong Kong. This architectural project masterfully integrates urban textures with a low rise block on the historic street as well as a dense highrise block behind. Please read more below.

Designed as a lifestyle building, the façade provides textures and colors that complement Tai Kwun, the new arts hub in the area. The large folding façade and bi-fold casement garage doors allow natural ventilation and self-created terrace spaces. Various outdoor terrace spaces and rooftop open spaces provide a green environment for the neighborhood. See more below.
