Felipe Posada is a Brooklyn, NYC based mixed media artist. He describes his work as a journey through the invisible realm. His mixed media collages seem like pictures of other dimensions where conventional laws of nature are overridden. In these dimensions, every day objects go along with thoughts, memories, visions, and dreams. There is no difference between a real and imaginary world.
Felipe Posada’s compositions are filled with symbolism and hidden meanings. His artworks are inspired by topics such as metaphysics, sacred geometry, constructivism, space exploration, mythology, astrology, etc. The collages often seem like a mirror of the human psyche or pictures of a strange dream. He also describes his work as an exploration of his own existence, but it’s also something of a greater conscience.
