Baleia Condo – Living in Paradise.
The beautiful Baleia Condo is located in São Sebastião, Brazil between a large rain forest and the beach of Baleia, which gave the plot its name. Studio Arthur Casas was asked to design an estate consisting of four houses. The task was to create an architecture that offers privacy for each house and yet all houses have to form a unit.
