Leigh Wells was born in 1964 in Oakland, California. She received her BFA from the University of San Francisco. In addition, she studied at the San Francisco Art Institute, Crown Point Press and Parsons/New School. Today she lives and works as a full-time artist in Berkeley, CA. Her abstract artworks have been shown in several solo and group exhibitions. For her collages, Leigh Wells loves to experiment with mixed media.
