443 Greenwich, visual identity system and take away for prospective buyers developed by design consultancy, Pentagram.
With offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Berlin, and Austin, Pentagram is one of the leading independent design consultancies. Natasha Jen and her New York City based team was asked to develop a visual identity system for the real estate project, 443 Greenwich. In addition, they had to design a multipart take away for prospective buyers as well as an informative website.
The geometric logo design refers to the historic 1883 Tribeca structure. The take away system consists of a custom made box with a brochure and floor plans. The new 443 Greenwich website is based on a responsive design showcasing interactive visuals of the project. Pentagram also developed several elements of the sales equipment such as signage, light boxes, and a series of exhibition style vitrines.
