Villa Kogelhof.
The Dutch architecture bureau Paul de Ruiter has designed this puristic and modern house called “Villa Kogelhof”. But not only the architecture design of this building is remarkable, Villa Kogelhof uses different techniques to ensure a comfortable climate in every season, whilst being very energy efficient. Villa Kogelhof consists of 2 main areas, one underground and the residential space floating above the ground. The villa looks from all sides like a glass box supported by a steel V-frame.
