TAKTIPO, a card game that helps you to learn the basics of typography and type anatomy quite easily.
Monika Rudics, Balazs Szemmelroth, and Aniko Mezo are master students from Visual Arts Institute in Eger, Hungary. As a study project, they have created TAKTIPO, a card game that helps you to learn the basics of typography and type anatomy. The idea was to develop a game for young people interested in typography as well as communication and graphic design. TAKTIPO makes it more easy and fun to learn all the basics of typography.
The game consists of a deck of 63 cards. Each card has 3 sections: question, answer, and and illustration. The entire design is based on a range of dynamic elements. In addition, the 3 master students have created an online version as well as a mobile app so you can play the game anytime and anywhere.
