Saes Grotesk, a unique sans-serif font family packed with numerous typographic features.
Designed in 2021 by Diego Aravena Silo of foundry W Type, Saes Grotesk is a new sans-serif font family that masterfully combines the beautiful imperfections of some of the first sans serifs with the trend and standards of today’s typography.
Some letter endings like “a”, “c”, or “e” were projected a bit further in order to provide a more contemporary feel. On the other hand, the typeface still has this vintage vibe, which is a real eye-catcher. Saes Grotesk includes plenty of weights ranging from Thin to Heavy plus matching italics and variable styles.
