“The New World”, a series of fine art prints by Geebird&Bamby as a homage to the architectural design of 20th century.
Geebird&Bamby is a collaborative project between two German designers, Robert G. Achtel and Jens Bambauer. Their primary objective is to create, manufacture, and distribute a collection of limited prints called “The New World”.
This project revisits architectural trends and anonymous places of the 20th century, which was charcterized by the conflict of Modernist and Postmodernist design. Each digital artwork of the series is based on the partnership’s photographs taken in different locations of California, Nevada, and Florida. The aesthetic look of this series is defined by the interrelation between mimimalist graphic shapes and a photo-realistic visualization. The images shown in this article belong to part II of the limited print series.
Each print is available in a limited edition of 100 pieces as PLEXIGLAS® sealed Kodak exposures, laminated on DIBOND®. You can find more information here: geebirdandbamby.com
