A very colourful redesign by Jan Baca for Kent Brewery beer labels.
Graphic designer Jan Baca was asked to redesign some beer labels of the UK-based Kent Brewery. The young brewery has been established in 2011 with the aim to brew unique and tasty beers. Their varieties are different and never bland. The Kent Brewery want to show you what can be achieved from the craftsmanship of brewing.
Jan Baca was asked by the brewery owners to help them with a radical redesign of their original, rather old-fashioned look. Jan Baca started with a generic label design which can be easily adapted to the impressive series of 15 different beers. The result is a dynamic system of graphic shapes which represent the very basic ingredients such as water, malt, hop, and yeast. Jan Baca has created a fresh and colorful mix of patterns that provide a friendly appearance. You can now taste these colourful craft beers in diverse pubs around London, Brighton, and Kent.
