Located directly on the beach of the Cabo de Plata, also known as Playa de los Alemanes on the Andalusian coast of Tarifa, Casa Zarid conveys breathtaking views of the magnificent landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by the skilled team of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, the house consists of numerous interlocking areas and terraces, which perfectly adapt to the descending topography. Each section has been arranged half a floor below the previous one, allowing great views towards the ocean from every space. This architectural concept of a descending construction reduces the presence of the house in the landscape.
