The Buzz Launcher Branding Project.
The two Seoul, Korea based graphic designers June Hyeong Lee and JAEWOO AN teamed up to create the Buzz Launcher brand identity. Buzz launcher is an app that helps with custom home screens to personalize your Android based device.
The simple shape of a sock was used for the logo in order to visualize different aspects and features such as ‘change every day’, ‘resemble the letter b’, and ‘show one’s own identity’. The process of choosing socks was reflected in the application. It reflected the socks on display in rows or the moments when people take socks from the drawer and put them on every morning.
The designers developed a bunch of logo versions, branding materials, splash screens, business cards, stationery, and promotional products.
