Wayfarer, a travel & discovery website and app concept.
Wayfarer is a hypothetical website and app concept, which provides an all-in-one travel planning experience. It was completed by Kristian Hay as a student project at the Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Goal was to design a website and app that provides an all-in-one travel planning experience, without the need for visiting several websites and sources of information while planning a trip. Wayfarer is intended to be a centralized place for all information you need, instead of having to bookmark or save all the different information.
Website and app would offer the possibility to any user to create custom travel plans for cities around the globe,. The user can see them on a map and get all important information. The entire travel website and app would have a clean, intuitive, and easy to use interface.
Wayfarer’s target group are young people, which are tech-savvy, engaged in social media, and with a sense for adventure, lifestyle and travel of couse.
I love this website app! I think this concept is really good and it could become really successful!
