BIS Studio is a graphic design firm based in Toulouse, France. The studio was recently commissioned to develop an eye-catching brand identity for Ô Japthaï, a restaurant and street lounge also located in Toulouse. Ô Japthaï offers traditional food from Japanese and Thai gastronomy in a cozy lounge atmosphere. BIS Studio’s goal was to create a visual experience that combines the Japanese and Thai graphic spirit. The chosen colors refer to the flags of both countries, while the logotype reflects the spirit of striking Thai signs. This eye-catching look is contrasted by a very sober and refined layout.
