A futuristic brand identity developed by Russian graphic designer Roma Erohnovich and his creative team for agency Just in Cyber.
Just in Cyber is an agency focusing on local cybersports events, which is still a niche in Russia. Roma Erohnovich and his team were approached to develop a deeply emotional graphic design concept and brand identity that clearly visualizes the topic of interaction experience.
The graphic design concept is based on certain elements that are equal in nature. Instead of using a conventional logo as a key visual, they produced a library of graphics that form a variable pattern. This concept refers to visual thinking through the hieroglyphic system as well as a contrast of geometry, Japanese cyberpunk, and traditional visual culture. Please read more below.
In order to support the emotionality of the agency, they decided to create a video without a single brand element to transmit the spirit, the core, and the essence of the project.
The project included basic principles of visual communication and design elements such as corporate lettering in English and Katakana, development of a color palette and corporate typeface, social networks, landing pages, merchandise, and guidelines.
