The team of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos designed House of Silence, a minimalist home and recording studio located in a residential area near Valencia, Spain.

Fran Silvestre Arquitectos designed a musician’s studio in coexistence with his home. Designed as a semi-buried volume, the recording studio has been placed on the ground floor. The modern and minimalist architectural concept also divides the ground floor into the entrance hall and the public area of the house, which is open to the garden and a spacious pool. Fran Silvestre Arquitectos used natural cement mortars in their gray materiality for both the exterior and the floors as well as the pool.
