PF DIN Text from Parachute.
Font designer Panos Vassiliou of foundry Parachute has created the PF DIN Text font to create a new text font family based on the original DIN typeface that fits to the ever-increasing typographic requirements for diverse weights and support for multiple languages. Panos Vassiliou added softer and legible elements to the geometric structure of the original DIN typeface. The whole PF DIN Text font family is a sans serif type system that includes normal, condensed, and compressed styles consisting of incredible 45 weights, which ranging from Hairline to Extra Black plus matching true-italics. This amount of weights as well as it’s extended language support make it a popular sans serif font family around the world. PF DIN Text is well suited for the use in editorials, packaging and brand design, advertising campaigns, and web design projects.
PF DIN Text is part of Parachute’s complete DIN series, which consists of 8 superfamilies with a total of 96 weights.
