This modern home is surrounded by a banana plantation near Paphos, Cyprus. Vardastudio Architects designed a house where interior and outdoor spaces form a unit inspired by the environment.
The layout of the ground floor is focused around the long swimming pool, where all living areas as well as the kitchen and the dining room are placed on one side. These rooms are connected via a glass corridor to the library, which is situated on the opposite side of the pool. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms. This wooden space breaks away from the layout of the ground floor, which is characterized by concrete walls.
