Famous masterpieces remastered using countless emojis.
J.R. Schmidt is a skilled motion designer who makes lots of creative things at the Google Creative Lab. Using 3261 Noto Emoji characters as tiles, he created a series of mosaics based on historical paintings and sculptures. A small selection of images and close-ups can be found below.
