Art Direction, Graphic Design, and Photography by Paperlux for Daimler Financial Services – China.
In 2016, the World Partner Forum took place in China. The three cities: Beijing, Xi’an, and Shanghai had the pleasure to host the Daimler Financial Services. Paperlux is a Hamburg, Germany based design studio working internationally with a passion for paper, typography, cooperation, and lasting impressions. Their creative team was tasked to develop a suitable corporate design solution for the event. With one key visual for the whole trip as well as one solution for each city, they have produced a visual language based on the slogan: “A Journey Through Time.” Their work included a uniquely cut diorama, which was made solely out of paper as well as personalized chopsticks, a unique travel guide, signs for the hotel doors, good night letters, diverse presents, menu cards, and much more.
