Braun Systems Exhibition Poster Design.
Barcelona-based design studio Toormix has created a poster design for ‘Systems”, an exhibition curated by ‘das programm’ in close cooperation with Braun. The exhibition presents Braun inspired posters and artworks created by 34 leading graphic designers and creative studios.
For their own Braun Systems poster, studio Toormix came up with the idea of a fictitious machine in form of a blender. The design is inspired by the aesthetics and functionality of 1960s Braun products. Toormix decided to use a blender as a reference to their own name. The design uses a classical graphic system along with a more contemporary language and personal approach. The selection below shows Toormix’ original Braun Systems poster design and 2 more alternative prints. Furthermore, the studio produced several alternative posters. All are based on the blender theme, only varying in different color versions and graphic views.
