Robert Löbel is a German animator and illustrator who currently lives and works in Berlin. As graduation project at the HAW Hamburg Department Design, he has directed this funny animated short film called ‘Wind’. The animation tells the story of a region where people have to deal with a permanent strong wind. The residents seem to be helplessly exposed to the weather. However, the people have learned to deal with the difficult weather conditions in their everyday lives. Get further information below.
All animations and illustrations were done by Robert Löbel. David Kamp was responsible for the sound design and Jochen Weidner helped with the wind particles. This funny animated short film received numerous awards. Furthermore, Robert Löbel’s work was shown on several film and animation festivals both nationally and abroad.
