The Spring Classics – Vintage Inspired Illustrated Cycling Prints.
Oh yes, that is something for real cycling fans like me. London based creative illustrator, image-maker and graphic artist Neil Stevens has created this amazing print series, featuring some monuments of the Spring Classics season. It’s a prestigious series of professional cycling races held each year within Italy (Milan–San Remo), France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Long distances, cobblestones or steep climbs make these races very hard. Only particularly tough riders can compete and win these races.
Illustrator Neil Stevens put his attention to 5 monuments of the Spring Classics (Milan–San Remo, Gent–Wevelgem, Tour of Flanders, Paris–Roubaix, and the Amstel Gold Race). All of the prints are illustrated in a beautiful and authentic vintage style. The prints are currently available in the Neil Stevens’ print shop.
I think it would be great, if someday a print of Liège–Bastogne–Liège joins the print series.
