Thessaloníki, Greece based illustrator Stavros Damos has created this amazing series of The Rolling Stones illustrations. This illustrated series is meant as the main part a following exhibition, which is currently in planning. In his distinctive style, Stavros Damos has drawn portraits of each of the four band members (Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ron Wood, and Charlie Watts).
Stavros Damos works as a professional freelance illustrator. Mostly he creates commissioned drawings and paintings for magazines, newspapers, and different publishing companies. With great passion he draws custom caricatures and portraits of celebrities such as musicians, actors, politicians, or writers. This great series of The Rolling Stones illustrations is made in Stavros Damos’ typical style, which is characterized by cragged, angular contours and countless fine lines.
