Stefan Behlau – BANZAI Solo Exhibition in London

BANZAI solo exhibition in London by German-American artist Stefan Behlau.

London based gallery PM/AM is proud to present Stefan Behlau’s first solo exhibition in the UK. The exhibition started on November 13 and will run through December 14, 2015 at PM/AM, 259-269 Old Marylebone Road, London.

The body of work we find in BANZAI takes a more playful approach to Stefan Behlau’s composing. The German-American artist explored a wider spectrum of sources. He stretched a variety of colors across his canvases to develop a rhythmic appearance, which creates distinctions between areas of thick color and thin barely discernible layers.

Some facts about the artist.

Stefan Behlau was born in Zurich, Switzerland in 1979. Today he lives and works between Brussels and Santa Barbara, California. He received his B.F.A from the Pratt Institute New York, in 2006.
