Siempre Playa is an artistic residence project sponsored by SIMCA. The idea behind the project was to promote the growth of culture and art in this city. In addition, it provides space for artists from diverse backgrounds.
Design studio Futura teamed up with Violeta Hernández, Kitty Ramos, and Malika Favre to create an illustration series to portray the spirit and beauty of this region. Each artist was invited to visit this beautiful place to fully absorb the lifestyle of this unique region. Thereafter, the artists produced a series of four illustrations in their respective styles.
