Graphic design and art direction by Simon Langlois for De la montagne hotel.

A couple of years ago, Simon Langlois has worked as a housekeeper in a hotel. “While cleaning the room at the end of the guests’ stay, one of the guilty pleasures of my colleagues and I was to search indiscreetly through the room and to look for any remnants that had been left behind (i.e.: invoices, notes, grocery lists, drafts of letters). Then we imagined the story of the guest’s stay.” – Simon Langlois

Through a collection of printed pieces presented in a plastic pocket, this graphic design project allows the viewer to reconstruct the scenario of the guest’s stay in Room 1208. Just have a look at the images below. For those of you who want to see more of Simon Langlois’ graphic work, please visit his portfolio on Behance or follow him on Instagram.
