Black Balloons by TadaoCern

Black Balloons installations by Tadas Cerniauskas aka TadaoCern.

On most days, Tadas Cerniauskas (aka TadaoCern) spends a lot of time in his studio – playing with different objects in order to satisfy his curiosity. It’s a significant part of his creative process. The following project started with two simple black balloons. Tadas Cerniauskas was overwhelmed by the result of two connected balloons. He was fascinated by the magical contrast created by two simple and playful objects. The first test was made with only two balloons, which were filled with 2 different gases: Helium and Sulfur Hexafluoride. With an almost childlike adventurous spirit, Tadas Cerniauskas tried to make the balloons float freely in the middle of a glass tank without any use of connection.

These playful experiments result in a whole range of different installations with a variety of black balloons. He creates all these different arrangements one by one in hope to make them visible for everybody. Below you can see a few examples of Tadas Cerniauskas’ diverse installations. You can see more of this ongoing series as well as other projects by TadaoCern on his website – just ckeck it out here. For commercial requests: The artist is represented by agency CROMATICS.
