Salvador Anguiano is a designer and illustrator from León, Mexico. This Batman poster illustration is his final entry for the Poster Posse project celebrating the 75 years of Batman.
Inspired by Batman’s rich history and the changing looks over the years, Salvador Anguiano decided to create a poster that includes 75 Batmen in total, each representing an important moment in the long history of this outstanding action hero. The different portraits are separated into Comics and Video Games, Film and TV, and Animation.
Despite the varying looks, Salvador Anguiano tried to illustrate all portraits in a similar geometric style to keep them consistent. Salvador Anguiano says it has been so much fun to illustrate all the different details of each particular Batman to make them all recognizable. He really enjoyed the work on every single Batman. The love for this superhero accompanied his whole life.
