The Adorn vintage fonts for festive occasions and invitations.
Adorn was created in 2014 by Laura Worthington, an award-winning typeface and lettering designer. It’s a collection of different vintage fonts and ornaments. Adorn is a family of different vintage inspired lettering typefaces that work harmoniously together. The entire collection includes 7 display fonts and 4 script designs as well as a range of monograms, ornaments, illustrations, banners, frames, and catchwords. Adorn’s varied styles are a great choice for print designs, illustrations, short quotes, inscriptions on labels, and different kinds of invitations and gift cards.
The 3 different monogram styles are a striking feature of the vintage font collection. These monogram styles consist of Adorn Solo for one letter, Adorn Duo for a pair, and Adorn Trio for a three-letter monogram. The Adorn collection includes 4 decorative “extra” fonts consisting of numerous catchwords, banners, frames, and ornaments. All 20 catchwords are completely hand-lettered using a fountain pen calligraphic technique. The huge set of frames is highly customizable. You can create frames of any width, height, and style. Adorn Ornaments is packed with 130 unique illustrations, which are well suited for a variety of topics.
All 4 script typefaces were also drawn with a fountain pen to offer a friendly, handwritten look. The 7 display fonts of Roman, Condensed Sans, Expanded Sans, Slab Serif, Slab Serif Bold, Serif, Copperplate, Engraved, and Engraved Expanded are inspired by vintage lettering known from good old billboards and signage.
