The team of J. Mayer H. Architects designed this futuristic home outside the city of Ludwigsburg, Germany. With several extensions and modifications, the architectural concept of the Dupli Casa draws inspiration from the footprint of the previous house, which was located on the site.
J. Mayer H. Architects designed a new home based on the idea of duplication and rotation. With a lifted up area, the house provides a semi-public space on ground level between two layers of discretion. The plot offers beautiful views onto the old town of Marbach and the German National Literature Archive, which is located on the other side of the Neckar valley.
