SOA architekti and Richter Design created a place with its own unique identity.
Located in Lhotka Prague 4, Czech Republic, SOA architekti and Richter Design created a house composed of four volumes connected by the heart of the space, the dining area. The light wooden ceiling construction, which continues from the inside out, and the large windows give an idea of a floating and generous open space that connects the center of the house with the garden.
The entrance to the building is on the northeast side. After entering, we are in the main corridor. At the end of the hall is the kitchen with a dining area, through which you can reach the terrace, the garden, and the winter garden with a swimming pool. The living room on the northwest side of the property is connected to the kitchen. The stairs lead to the basement and the 2nd floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other three bedrooms for children share a facility and a walk-in closet.
