Skema Pro, a versatile font system of 6 serif typefaces.
Designed in 2017 by Andriy Konstantynov for foundry Mint Type, Skema Pro is a versatile superfamily consisting of 6 serif typefaces in numerous weights and matching Italics. The family consists of 84 fonts in total to fit any typographic task. Based on a low contrast and low x-height with inclined axis, Skema Pro was made for advanced editorial use. All the 6 serif typefaces have unique characteristics. Skema Pro Text comes with low contrast, medium x-height, and slightly tilted axis. Omni is equipped with a medium contrast, medium x-height, and slightly inclined axis. Skema Pro News provides a low contrast and large x-height with a vertical axis. It’s a great choice for both newspapers and screen applications. Skema Pro Title comes with medium contrast, large x-height, and a vertical axis. It is intended for larger text sizes. Last but not least, the Display version is a typeface with a high contrast, large x-height, and a vertical axis. all typefaces are equipped with numerous typographic features.
